Collection: Peregrine Falcon

The Peregrine Falcon is a bird of prey that can be found in many parts of the world except for the poles and some islands. The Peregrine Falcons are incredibly fast fliers, being able to reach speeds of up to 200 miles per hour in a dive. They primarily feed on small birds like doves and pigeons and will take their prey from mid-air. Despite their large wingspan and impressive aerial capabilities, they can also maneuver through dense forests with ease. Peregrine Falcons are considered a conservation success story due to successful reintroduction programs in some areas after they had become extinct in those locations.
