Siamese Fighting Fish

Siamese fighting fish, also known as betta fish, are an increasingly popular aquarium species among hobbyists. Siamese fighting fish have vibrant colors and beautiful fins, making them a visually stunning addition to any tank.

Although these fish have been selectively bred for generations for their appearance and behavior, they are still wild creatures, and take after their ancestors in many ways. Indeed, with ample space and proper care, Siamese fighting fish can live up to 3 years, or even longer!

Though pairs of male or female can often peacefully coexist in the same tank – males are incredibly territorial when kept singularly and should not be kept together with other males or similar species. When cared for correctly, the unmistakable bold personality of Siamese fighting fish make them a delightful aquarium pet!
