Is the Kestrel and the Eurasian Kestrel the same bird?

The kestrel, also known as the Eurasian Kestrel or Falco tinnunculus, is a fascinating bird found throughout most of Europe and parts of Asia, Africa, and North America. These voracious hunters can reach speeds up to 20-30 miles per hour in flight and are able to hover in place with great precision. A keen eye helps the kestrel spot its prey from up to 40 meters away. Highly adaptable to different areas, this hunter prefers open terrain with scattered trees but can be spotted in urban areas too if there's plenty of green space. What makes the kestrel especially interesting is that it only requires very little nesting material--it typically chooses small rocks and sticks for its nest in hollow caves and nooks of buildings.
